Department of University Relations

The Department of University Relations is tasked with the important duty of forming the next generation of servants and leaders within Citizens for Social Justice.  It conducts semi-annual recruitment of students and faculty members to support all the operations of Citizens for Social Justice, and forms organizational partnerships within the University in order to ensure the sustainability of the corporation.  The Department also conducts annual elections within the Corporation in order to foster pluralistic and democratic involvement and leadership.

The Directors of University Relations are responsible for maintaining a sustainable stream of effective student leaders for all the operations of Citizens for Social Justice.  Directors of University Relations recruit and manage human resources, develop collaborative relationships with Departments at the University through research and service endeavors, and maintain partnerships with a variety of student organizations.  In the event that there is a lack of human resources to fulfill any of the operations of the company, these Directors themselves fill those roles.
