Alejandro first heard of Citizens for Social Justice through an e-mail sent to the Engineering students at the University of Florida. Soon after, he contacted Founder and President Dirk Sampselle in order to get involved. The importance of technology in social projects is underestimated by many people. The truth is that there are few, if any, successful organizations in today's world who do not take advantage of the many opportunities that technological advances have to offer. With this in mind, Alejandro has coordinated and managed a number of projects in order to help meet all the technological needs of Citizens for Social Justice. Apart from being a student at the University of Florida majoring in Software Engineering, Alejandro is a lover of the arts and enjoys traveling. He is originally from Cuba but lived in different countries as a child.
