Directorship is the highest position to which any student can rise within Citizens for Social Justice. In many ways, Directors are the lifeblood of the organization. Veteran servants, they are elected through the ranks of Citizens for Social Justice Projects and Departments after demonstrating excellence, leadership, and commitment. They set objectives, develop strategies to achieve their objectives, and recruit the resources necessary to implement their strategies. They assume full responsibility for all the operations for an entire Department. And within the Departments, they oversee Committees, Sub-committees, and Task Forces that they themselves must create, fostering leadership skills amongst their fellow students while maintaining their own, in a balance between school work and their responsibilities to the company. The Directorship experience is one of life-changing proportions, allowing students to define themselves as successful leaders and public servants. The position is one of duty, service, and honor, and the fate of the corporation lies in their hands.
